1. Service provider

Clipia is provided by the owner identified at the beginning of this page. The service domain is clipia.pro and the listed email address is the general contact channel.

2. Who may use Clipia

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of accepting these terms. If you use Clipia for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

3. The service and beta status

Clipia receives a YouTube link, processes the video, and generates a vertical clip series using the available settings. Some features, including intelligent highlight selection and visual direction, are experimental and may only be available in test environments.

The beta may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. The product will clearly show the features and limits available at any given time.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access and keep your details up to date.

5. Content and permissions

You may only submit content you own or have sufficient permission to download, reproduce, transform, and publish. A publicly accessible video does not by itself mean that you may reuse it.

You are responsible for respecting copyright, image, privacy, and other third-party rights, as well as YouTube’s terms and the rules of any platform where you publish the result.

6. License required for processing

You retain any rights you hold in the content. For the time needed to provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license that can be technically passed to our providers to download, copy, transform, store, and deliver the requested content. We will not use this license to sell your content.

7. Prohibited uses

• Processing illegal, harmful, misleading content or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Introducing malware, attempting to access other accounts or systems, or bypassing security measures or limits.
• Automating an abusive request volume, reselling the service without permission, or interfering with its operation.
• Using outputs to impersonate, harass, or unlawfully harm another person.

8. Limits, retention, and deletion

Video-length, clip-count, and frequency limits are displayed in the product and may vary by plan. Results are temporary: they are currently kept for about 24 hours for anonymous use and 48 hours for accounts. Download any result you wish to keep in time.

9. Plans and payments

The free beta does not require a card. Pro or paid features are not contracted while they are marked “coming soon” and no checkout is active. Before charging, we will display the price, taxes, renewal, and applicable terms.

10. Availability and outputs

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every link can be processed: YouTube, source formats, and providers may change or block an operation. Scores, captions, framing, and automated suggestions may contain errors and require your review before publication.

11. Clipia intellectual property

Clipia’s software, design, brand, and original content belong to its owner or licensors. These terms do not transfer any right in them, other than the limited right to use the service under these conditions.

12. Liability

Each party is responsible for direct damage caused by its breach. To the extent permitted by law, Clipia is not liable for indirect loss, loss of temporary outputs, or problems caused by third-party content, instructions, platforms, or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

13. Suspension and closure

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach. We will use a proportionate measure and, where reasonable, explain the reason. You may stop using Clipia at any time and request account closure.

14. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may amend these terms to reflect service or legal changes and will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your country of residence. Consumers may use the courts provided by applicable law.
